Her demise was took place at about 1:17pm after she had been rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital from a clinic when a surgical process on her vocal cord was unsuccessful.
The complications in the surgery led to a halt in her breathing which forced her into a coma. Reports suggest that she was being placed under watchful eyes in Manhattan Medical Facility, Los Angeles.
